Brigitte Cherranfant
RCSWI
I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern (RCSWI) with experience supporting adolescents and adults navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use and attachment-related challenges. I am trained in evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and attachment-focused approaches that help clients build resilience, emotional insight and healthier relationship patterns.
I provide individual therapy, psychoeducation and life skills support to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, self-awareness, and long-term personal growth.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative and grounded in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention and a strengths-based perspective. For clients who desire spiritually integrated support, I incorporate faith-based guidance to help them reconnect with hope, purpose and God’s redemptive presence in their healing journey. I utilize safety planning, behavior management strategies and compassionate, empowering guidance to help clients make meaningful and confident life decisions. I am committed to fostering holistic healing, resilience, and long-term transformation—mind, body and spirit.
