Brooke Brown
LMHC
Iām a therapist specializing in aiding adolescents navigating through anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem. I graduated with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and my counseling approach is rooted in empathy, trust, and collaboration.
Adolescence is a critical stage of development, and I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
My strength lies in my ability to connect with adolescents on a level they can easily relate to, understanding their unique pressures and struggles in today's fast-paced world. I firmly believe in the importance of family involvement in the therapeutic process, recognizing the family unit's crucial role in a young person's life.
I actively encourage this by fostering open lines of communication and providing a platform for family members to express their concerns, ask questions, and share their perspectives. At Broward Therapists, my commitment is to support adolescents and their families toward achieving emotional well-being.
