Hello, I'm Carol, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Broward County, Florida. With a Master's degree from Florida International University, I'm dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy.

I have extensive experience working with children who have autism, ADHD and behavioral issues, as well as providing parental behavioral training and addressing family conflicts. Additionally, I specialize in supporting adults dealing with anxiety, trauma, depression, interpersonal relationship challenges and addiction.

In therapy, my approach is to meet my clients where they are on their journey.  I draw upon evidence-based approaches tailored to their needs, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, behavior training and mindfulness activities.
