Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Lana Sendzimir
RMHCI
Lana offers individual therapy for people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. She also supports clients facing eating disorders, sleep difficulties, low self-esteem, stress, and challenges at school or in relationships.
If you’re adjusting to a divorce, experiencing family conflict, or struggling to communicate and feel connected with others, Lana offers space to explore these concerns individually. Her work includes attachment wounds and inner child work, with attention to how earlier experiences may influence current feelings, relationships, and patterns.
Lana draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping clients explore different parts of their internal experience with curiosity and compassion. Therapy is guided by your needs and goals.
