Meet Limor
A warm, collaborative approach to change.
Limor works with individuals ages 12 and older, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, and life transitions. Her clinical interests include communication challenges, relationship concerns, divorce, parenting, and family conflict.
She also supports clients working on emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, peer relationships, self-esteem, and stress. Her interests include trauma and recovery from intimate partner violence, with attention to each client’s safety, needs, and goals.
Her style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Limor creates a space where clients can feel understood while building insight, strengthening relationships, and taking practical steps toward growth.
Drawing from Solution-Focused and Narrative Therapy, she helps clients recognize their strengths, explore the stories that shape how they see themselves, and shift patterns that leave them feeling overwhelmed or stuck. Together, the work focuses on reconnecting with what matters and finding manageable steps forward.

Good things to ask.
Caseloads, formats and areas of focus change over time, so the practice answers these on the phone rather than publishing something that may be out of date.
