Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Lindsay Schwartz
LMHC
Lindsay Schwartz, LMHC, supports people who are navigating anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. Her experience in community mental health and private practice helps her connect with clients from a range of backgrounds and life experiences.
Lindsay brings a warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental presence to therapy. She creates space for clients to explore what feels stuck, understand patterns, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable. Her integrative approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), offering practical tools shaped around each client’s needs and goals.
Having experienced therapy herself, Lindsay understands the courage it can take to ask for support. She works to build a trusting relationship where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered as they move toward healing and growth.
